SHIPPING POLICY
We greatly appreciate your purchases, and offer free shipping as a sign of gratitude! All purchased items will be shipped within 24 hours of payment acquisition.*
- Any purchase made during the weekend (Saturday, Sunday) will not be shipped till the next business day (Monday).
- If purchase is made within 24 hours of a Postal Service Holiday** it will not be shipped till the business day following the Holiday.
- Glamourbeads is located in Colorado, adverse weather conditions often cause the United States Postal Service to close. In the event of Post Office closure, your item will be shipped on the first day of their reopening.
If for any reason a delay in shipment date should occur you will be notified by email.
All purchases will be shipped as First-Class Mail via the United States Postal Service. GlamourBeads will obtain a Certificate of Mailing with each shipment. This Certificate of Mailing serves as our evidence of shipment. A copy of this certificate will be emailed to you within 24 hours. Please refer the Risk of Loss clause of our Conditions of Use for information on items lost or stolen during shipment.
Glamourbeads will only ship items, for free, within the contiguous United States of America. Shipment outside of the USA is possible, but requires special arrangement. If shipping address is outside of the contiguous United States shippment will no longer be free.
RETURN POLICY
Our merchandise is covered under a limited warranty. If within 30 days of purchase your item should have a technical break we will fix or replace (with similar item) it for free. A technical break is defined, by GlamourBeads, as and only as a break in the chain/band, clasp, or earing hardware. This limited warranty does NOT cover any other kind of damage that could possibly occur.
The cost and method of return shippment shall be the sole responsibility of the customer, whereas the fixed/replaced item will be shipped at cost of Glamourbeads unless the return shippment is outside of the contiguous United States of America.
Glamourbeads will not accept any kind of return other than that stated above.
* When paying via Google Checkout or Paypal payments are instantly posted to Glamourbeads, never delaying shipment. However, if paying by check the item(s) WILL NOT be shipped until we receive the check in the mail. (Yet another reason to pay by Google Checkout or Paypal.)
** Postal Service Holiday is considered to be any holiday for which the United States Postal Service will be closed.
